Prof. Steven Dubner

Graduated in Physical Education, specializing in the last 33 years in sports for people with disabilities in Brazil and the United States. One of the founders of ADD - Wheelchair Sports Association and General Coordinator of the institution. He was coach of the Brazilian team in various forms, worked and competed in several countries of America, Europe, Asia and Africa. He also worked with the Brazilian Paralympic Committee and Confederation of Wheelchair Basketball and participated in several Paralympics. He gave more than 2,000 lectures in Brazil and abroad, and the results have always been a great success.

Lee Chapman - CAP

Over 30 years’ experience in the secretarial profession and currently occupies the position of Executive Assistant to the Group CEO of ADvTECH Limited - the largest provider of private education in South Africa. She serves on the committee for the Community of Expert Practitioners for the Secretarial and Administration sector and is a founding member and Vice-President of the IAAP Johannesburg Chapter-at-Large.  Lee has been a judge in the annual National PA of the Year competition since its inception in 2006.  She is passionate about her career and encourages all those in the secretarial profession to achieve excellence through learning, community building and leadership.


Marina Higdon

Marina Higdon was born in Campinas, SP.  She went to the USA for the first time as an American Field Service exchange student, lived with an American family, and graduated from William R. Boone High School in Orlando, Florida.  Marina has worked as an Administrative Professional in the USA for several years, initially at a company that developed microsystems in Memphis, Tennessee, and affiliated with Bonfiglioli Corporation in Sao Paulo.  Currently she lives in Arizona and works at Bank of America, and as a part time free-lance translator.  Marina is serving her second term as President of IAAP (International Association of Administrative Professionals) Kachina-East Valley Chapter.  Kachina-East Valley Chapter sponsors the chartering of Chapter Brasil, headed by Isabel Cristina Baptista, SINSESP President.

Isabel Cristina Baptista

President of the Secretaries’s Union of the State of São Paulo. Graduated by Executive Secretary – University of Taubaté in 1983, before the law that regulated the profession of Secretariat. Postgraduate in PNL by University of Mogi das Cruzes. She worked in medium and large companies. In the Secretaries’s Union of the State of São Paulo since 1994, she worked in various areas and projects. Among them, she was Regional’s Director of the Paraíba Valley – State of São Paulo and also Communications and Marketing’s Diretor.
